By showing up to your appointment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below
Booking Appointment
- Please contact us using Instagram @SGVLuxuriousDetail for quickest booking/information. Email also available too. Upon booking a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

Rescheduling
- In the event you need to reschedule your appointment, please be sure to notify us within 48 hours of the appointment. We allow 1 free rescheduling fee, any more than that will result in cancellation & the deposit is kept.

Cancellation
- In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us within 48 hours of the appointment. Failure to us in time will incur a cancellation fee.

No Show
- If you don't show up to appointment. Deposit will be kept and your name and number will be blacklisted.

Pricing
- Pricing varies depending on size of vehicle, package, and condition. They are subject to change upon finishing service. Please note quotes are starting prices.
- Quotes provided are only valid for 30 days. If booking an appointment after the 30 days, prices are subject to change due to the fluctuation of material costs.

Payment
- We accept cash and zelle currently. Online/Card payments coming soon.

Video and Photography
- By agreeing to work with us. We have permission to take photos/videos of your vehicle for marketing and promoting purposes

Questions/Comments/Concerns
- See something that we missed? Please let us know within 1 Week of service date, we will address any concerns you have. Any time after the 1 week mark will result in a payment of service
Disclaimer: SGV Luxurious Detail is not responsible in any manner for any damage that may occur while using our services and car wash including, but not limited to:
- any damage related to pre-existing conditions (including but not limited to tears, stains, scratches, windshield cracks, dents, discoloration, or rust) or defects;
- damage to windshield-wiper systems, wiper blades, rear-window wipers, loose trim or exterior moldings, exterior mirrors, trailer hitch caps, truck bed covers, bug guards, sun visors, steering wheels, seats, luggage racks, bike racks, roof racks, antennas, insignias, accessories and parts (including but not limited to wheels, rims, or spoilers), lowered or raised vehicles, low muffler systems, valve stems, magnetic signage, vinyl/graphic vehicle wraps, running boards, hood ornaments, vehicle rims or wheels, tires (including but not limited to flat tires), headlights, rear lamps, or reflectors;
- damage caused by customer’s loading or driving their vehicle through the car wash tunnel;
- customer’s negligence, customer’s gross negligence, customer’s intentional misconduct;
